In some instances if while looking at data TCP packet information you may see IP CRL connections established by Vizioncore.vRanger.Client.Shell.exe
This does not affect the functioning of the backup in relation to success or failures. This has to do with code signing and .Net/Windows checking the validity of the root certificate.
This can be turned off in IE by doing the following:
Go to "Tools/Internet Options" and choose the "Advanced" tab page. Here you can change this behavior with the check box "Check for publisher's certificate revocation".
