Description:
If the Unmap command is used on an actual Drive item to Unmap a drive from an ACSLS-attached library device, the command will hang and never complete.
Symptoms:
In an ACSLS library with a single client (not shared), if you use Unmap on the Drive Bay node, it works fine. If you try and do an Unmap on the Drive Client node, the Unmap hangs forever. This is not applicable for shared environments as the Unmap option is not displayed on the Drive Client node in this configuration.
Use the Unmap command that is accessible by right-clicking on the Drive Bay item for the desired drive, rather than from the actual Drive item.
