Plugins/APMs die on FreeBSD 5.3.
Symptoms:
"A plugin died unexpectedly" error pops-up when accessing plugins/APMs installed on FreeBSD 5.3 machine.
Cause:
The FreeBSD 4.x library, which NetVault requires on FreeBSD 5.3, is missing on the system.
Please install FreeBSD 4.x utility from sysinstall utility.
1. Launch sysinstall utility by "/stand/sysinstall" command.
2. Select "Configure" -> "Distributions" -> "compat 4x FreeBSD 4.x binary compatibility".
3. Make sure the library is installed by "ls -l /usr/lib/compat/libc.so.4" command.
