Library is hanging in a state of Moving Media and drive is stuck in a moving media/checking media header state
This is due to having incompatible media in the library such as LTO5 media with an LTO 3 or LTO4 drive.
This can also be related in some cases to cleaning media not being specified in NV or the cleaning media having incorrect barcodes which would present it as a normal tape.
Note that this can happen on physical library level so it is always good to check the webUI of the device/library to see what it is seeing the media as because this is what the library will be presenting to NetVault.
Check the library's web interface.
Verify first there is no issue or errors on the library level - if so, contact your hardware vendor.
Verify the media is compatible with the drive the library is using.
Verify cleaning media slots are defined in the library interface, if not, define in NV or make sure cleaning media is removed from the library.
