Symptoms:
When attempting to create a new VTL on NVBU, the process hangs when creating media 1 of xxx -
Resolution
Please check if there is an Anti-Virus software running,
You might find that the CPU process for AV was at 100% during creation.
Stopping the AV service allows the VTL to be created as per usual.
