Upgrading SQL Service Pack for vRanger server

Consider the following points before you upgrade your SQL instance:

• Ensure that you have a current backup database of the vRangerPro and the Catalog database. 
• Ensure that the logged on user has administrative privileges to the SQL instance that you want to upgrade.

Please refer to the technical documents of the specific version of vRanger that you are currently using, in order to determine which versions of SQL are supported. 

If there are connection issues to the database from vRanger, you can go to the Control Panel, and use the Modify option for the vRanger Pro application in order to reconnect the application to the database.
