Description: Clients do not appear on right hand side of client management
Symptoms:
Clients do not appear on right hand side of client management and any attempt to add new clients will not work.
This can happen due to:
1. Deleting or modifying the default client group.
2. 'Group includes ALL clients' is NOT set to 'true'.
To fix this issue open client management and go to Client Group tab. Make sure there is a group called "default" listed. right click on group name and select "add member clients". Make sure 'Group includes ALL clients' is checked.
If problem persists, stop netvault servcies then rename or delete ../netvault/db/clientgroups.bin file. Then restart NV services. Netvault should recreate this file. This should now resolve issue, however any custom clients groups you created will be gone.
