Segment position too high for Id XX

The nvmeddbcheck –check command or Netvault Database backup returns messages of the form:
"Segment position too high for Id XX"

During Media Database check operations, the position field of a backup job’s segment record is compared against the segments count field of the corresponding media record. Inconsistencies can occasionally be found when a backup segment’s position field has a higher segment record than the media record indicates is possible. For example a segment record indicating that a segment is the 16th on a piece of media and a corresponding media record indicating that this media contains less than 16 segments.
This can occur in certain failed backup conditions where a segment record is erroneously maintained in the database when it should have been discarded.

This issue was resolved in version 8.6.0 of NetVault Backup.  Upgrade the NetVault server to the latest version to avoid this issue.
