Exchange Servers disconnect from an Exchange DAG (Database Availability Group) while running a qu
Description

When the backup runs against an Exchange server in a DAG, the server loses its connection and disconnects from the DAG.
The only way to get the server back into the DAG is to reboot the exchange server and re-connect it to the DAG.
Resolution

Disable VSS in VMware tools and implement vzShadow as per solution SOL93858for quiesced exchange backups
