Symptoms:
The nvpluginaccess utility lets you define clients that are allowed to schedule jobs, which is required for the Informix plugin, however the utility does not work properly if you specify the password at the same time you are running the nvpluginaccess command (i.e. nvpluginaccess, client, myclient, account, default, password, mypassword)
You must execute the nvpluginaccess command only specifying the client and then give the rest of the information when prompted.
