The backup of one or more vm’s is failing with an error message:
Cancel Detected, Exiting task.
Conditions:
a. The job was not cancelled by any end user.
b. Full backup of a large vm.
The backup task has exceeded a predetermined allowed Task length time and vRanger has automatically cancelled the running task.
The backup task has exceeded a pre determined allowed Task length time.
Increase the Task length time to an appropriate time for a full backup of the largest vm.
This setting is stored at the following location.
VRanger GUI -> Tools -> Options -> My jobs -> Configuration.
