When a backup job tries to run it fails with error message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message: API Call failed with message: File was not found.
An open snapshot on a VM can cause this error to occur or the VM needs snapshot consolidation.
Please remove all open snapshots on the VM that is having this problem and after all the snapshots have been removed try to run your backup/replication again. If the VM needs consolidation as indicated by a warning message or alert, run the consolidation then when it completes, run the vRanger jobs.
