Failed to initialise. Giving up. When re-adding the canned reports from CMD line in WIndows (4047218)

Symptoms: When trying to add a canned report from CMD line you get the following error:


c:\Program Files (x86)\BakBone Software\NetVault Backup\util>nvaddcannedreports

Failed to initialise. Giving up.

Ensure that the CMD line terminal is running as Administrator by right clicking and selecting to run as administrator, then you will be able to run the binary.
