Cannot see all of the 300,000 files within the Restore window. (4047207)

Symptoms:
Cannot select a few files in the Restore window if the folder that contains them has around 300000 files in it.
Also in the Restore window you cannot scroll the content of the folder.
To restore a few files from this folder, you would have to restore the whole folder to another location and move the files to the correct location. This would be not best method to restore, as would waste a lot of time and resources.

The work around for this Restore display issue is to use the File System restore search method, using wild cards to display a sub set of the 300,000 files held within the one directory.
The steps would be as follows:

1] Open the Restore window.
2] Double click on the relevant NetVault Client.
3] Right click on the File System Plugin or the relevant Saveset and select "Search".
4] Enter the file extension and wildcard of the items to restore e.g. "*.txt" and click on OK. This will then show all the items under all Savesets or the one Saveset, depending on how you have performed the search.
5] Then enter the Restore Options, Schedule, Target and Advanced Options as normal.
