Description:
Cannot launch GUI.
Symptoms:
GUI will launch and quit, flashes on screen and goes away.
Go Into Windows Services, right click on NetVault Process Manager, under the Log On tab, change login from Local System to a Domain Admin Login. Once this is done... should be able to launch GUI again.
"The user account did not have permissions to run the GUI under the Local System account".
