Cause
If the Enable MySQL Replication check box is checked in the APM configuration, and replikcation is not configured in MySQL, it will cause the backup to fail after it backs up the database.

Resolution
Uncheck the Enable MySQL Replication check box in the APM or configure replication in MySQL.
