Unable to add a virtual appliance.
Failed to validate Virtual Appliance as valid virtual appliance. Please verify the root password or select another virtual appliance.

Cause
Communication blocked between vRanger server and VA or Incorrect Credentials are being used.

Resolution
1. Try to Ping the IP of the VA from the vRanger machine if you do not get a response you may have a network issue on your hands, please correct this network issue before trying to add the VA to vRanger again.
2. If ping get you a response please use Putty or a similar utility to connect to the VA and the log in to the VA and if successful then use the same credentials to add VA in vRanger via Tools>Options>Virtual Appliance.
