Description:
After upgrading to Oracle APM 5.0 backups fail. Error is ORA-27211: "Failed to load Media Management Library"

Symptoms:
RMAN backup with Oracle APM (Version 5.0) fails with following error when allocating device, ORA-27211: "Failed to load Media Management Library"

If the Oracle RMAN APM (Version 4.5 or earlier) was removed *after* the Oracle APM (Version 5.0) was installed, the orasbt library has likely been removed. Reinstall Version 5.0 of the Oracle APM to reinstall the orasbt library.
