"Backup index has exceeded the maximum size, so this backup will fail. Please split the backup job" during backup.
Invalid 'Temporary Directory' configured for NetVault Backup, or insufficient free space on the volume/drive containing the 'Temporary Directory'.
RESOLUTION 1:
Open NetVault Backup Configurator and navigate to the 'General' tab. Ensure that the path specified in the 'Temporary Directory' field is valid, then press APPLY to save any changes. Restart NetVault Backup services after reconfiguring the Temporary Directory.
RESOLUTION 2:
Ensure sufficient free space on the volume/drive containing the 'Temporary Directory'. If necessary relocate the temporary directory by reconfiguring it location, then restart NetVault Backup services.
