When selecting to use Windows credentials for cataloging - the verfication fails

Cause
This can happen if you chose "Install\Upgrade on an existing SQL Server 2005/2008" for database creation using Windows credentials, and during Catalog DB manager installation a different database is selected.

Resolution
Ensure that the Server field for Catalog DB Manager installation is the same as your SQL instance.
