VaultOS fails to load a driver for the LSILogic 1020/1030 Ultra320 SCSI Adapter for IBM xSeries.

Cause of problem:
Drivers for the LSILogic 1020/1030 Ultra320 SCSI Adapter for IBM xSeries are not officially tested by BakBone. They are therefore not listed on the Supported Devices list, and are not included in the device list within the manual driver load menu of VaultOS.

For users of the LSILogic 1020/1030 Ultra320 SCSI Adapter perform the following to load the Fusion-MPT driver.

1. Boot the computer from VaultOS 3.406

2. Manually load the driver corresponding to "DELL PERC 4/im series RAID (MPT: 2.5.16)"
