On the backup server, open backup window, double click on a nv client. It should reveal entries with plugins available on that client. However, for some clients, nothing get expanded.
2. On the client, go to $NV_HOME/gui/CachedPits directory, remove all the directory inside the CachedPits.
3. Open client mgmt window, do 'check access" for that client.
4. Open backup window, now that client can be browsed nicely.
