Symptoms: Tape labels are still listed on a ee port when they have been removed from the library.

This happens when you move the tape to a EE port and then just unload the tape from the port without using the open port command befiore hand.

The correct procedure would be to load the tape to a EE port then to right click the library and then select open port.

Now you can remove the tape from the port and feed a fresh tape if needed, you will need to select close port to complete the procedure.
