Description:
Overnight Job Summary Report shows jobs as Running when they are not really running
Symptoms:
When running the overnight job summary report under the component " Currently Active Jobs " you will see a job listed that in fact is not running
In Job Manager, select the job id that is being reported as running
right click, select edit/view job, change the job title and resubmit the job. This will cause a new job id to be generated.
Go back to Job manager and delete the old job id from both the status tab and the jobs tab.
The job should no longer show as active in the report
