Description:
Cannot Re-Install the NetVault in a Mac os or MacOS machine, after a successful Un-installation and removal of The Receipts. It keeps getting failed to upgrade

Symptoms:
If NetVault is reinstalled on MacOSX an upgrade may be attempted, even if NetVault was previously uninstalled.

Cause of problem:
Files installed in the "/Library/Receipts" directory may force the installer to attempt an upgrade.

1. Run a terminal session
2. "su" to 'root'
3. Execute "/usr/netvault/util/nvuninstall"
4. Navigate to "/Library/Receipts"
5. Run "rm -r netvault*"

Note: for Mac 10.6 remove the receipts from /var/db/receipts/com.bakbone.
