Desc: Standalone tape drive reloading tape after ejection even after polling has been set to 0.
Reason: There is a known bug (NVG-1777) whereby if other devices in NV device management have polling set to a value other than 0 setting polling to 0 on the Standalone drive will have no effect.
At the moment it is necessary that all devices in Device Management have polling set to 0 as well whether vtl or other physical drives. Otherwise the Standalone drive will continue to poll.
