Description:
How to increase the number of messages displayed in the Logs window.
Symptoms:
After filtering logs by date, those which are displayed do not span back to the date specified in the "From" dialog. -
Resolution
1. Start NetVault Configurator,
2. Navigate to the [GUI | Logging] tab,
3. The value for "Maximum log message in log window" can be increased from the default value of 5000 to a maximum of 30000,
4. Press APPLY to make the change,
5. Restart NetVault GUI. -
