Description:
From NetVault GUI > Operations > Reports, when selecting a report (double-click) get: Failed to resolve name of process message.
Symptoms:
From NetVault GUI > Operations > Reports, when selecting a report (double-click) get: Failed to resolve name of process message.
From Client Management select the NetVault server, right click and select properties. Select the Plugins tab, and check if the Reports Producer plugin is installed. Also check the Installed Software for the Reports Producing APM.
If the Reports Producing APM is not the displayed then the Reports Producing APM needs to be installed.
From Client Management select the NetVault server, right click and select Install Software.
Navigate to Netvault\packages\standard directory and select the rpt-1-4-0-17.npk or rpt-x-x-x-x.npk (depending on NetVault version)
Verify that it has been installed by checking the Plugins or Installed Software from the client properties.
