Description

When attempting a backup of a VM it fails with:
"Error Message: Index was outside the bounds of the array"
Cause

A possible cause of this is a product defect involving backing up a VM with a snapshot
If you are backing up a VM with a snapshot on an ESXi 5 host with a version of vRanger previous to 5.3.1 then you will experience this defect.
Resolution

1. Commit the open snapshots
or
2. Upgrade to vRanger 5.3.1 or later
