Description:
Unable to browse Sybase database list after supplying the correct username and password in database configuration box.
Symptoms:
After entering all the values in the configure dialog box, a NetVault Error dialog box opens with the following message: Failed to get list of database.
In the trace file on the Sybase module, the following message appears; "Invalid Sybase logon attempt for user '%s''
Ensure that the user(typically sa) has System Administrator privileges. If not, grant the user with System Administrator privileges
