INTERNAL - Library and tape drives go offline in Netvault Device manager (4046058)

Description: Adic Scalar I500 with two LTO tape drives. Fiber attached through a fiber switch. Switch model is a QLogic SanBox2-64.
After removal of the Library from a Netvault Smart Client and installation over to a different Smart client. It was reattached it via fiber. It was found that it is not working constantly now. Tape Drives and Library continuously go offline and back to an online or idle status.



Symptoms: Netvault error logs show that the Library and it's two drives go offline. When Netvault polls to find the device again the logs indicate there is a failure to startup the Library and it's tape drives.
