Description:
“Failed to write backup Index to media
Symptoms:
When “Discard After" in the Advance option is set to zero you can encounter the error of: “Failed to write backup Index to media".
Set “Discard After" in the Backup, Advance option tab to any value other then zero. See NV Administration Guide: The Backup Life Frame section 5.2.5.a, Pages 155 & 156 for more information about: “Backup Life" and the “Discard After" parameter.
