After upgrade of vRanger 5.0 to 5.2 the GUI will not start and splash screen still shows 5.0.0
In order to resolve this issue vRanger must be completely uninstalled and reinstalled using the Full install package.
1) Goto Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and select vRanger and then select uninstall
2) Delete the install directory (c:\Program Files\Quest Software\vRanger
3) run regedit and delete entries for vRanger
4) reboot server
5) run full install
