Description:
Trying to install NetVault and getting error "failed to launch process to run script ckinstall.sh on client"
Symptoms: The setup.exe was run from the winzip window (or other compression utility) with out actually extracting it to disk or it was extracted without the option to create subdirectories hence dumping all the files on the root of the directory instead of in their proper paths.
The installation package must be properly extracted to the root of the volume.
