How to disable VzMutexLock
1. On the vRanger Server, open C:\Program Files\Quest Software\vRanger\Service\Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe.config.
2. Locate the line "<add key="DisableVzMutexLock" value ="false"/>"; Set to "true" to disable locking.
3. Close and save the config file.
4. Restart the vRanger Services.
If the customer uses vReplicator 3.x or vOptimizer 3.x, do not disable VzMutex locking in vRanger
