How do I download the NetVault Client and Server Packages and any other software from the Quest Software Website?
1) Open your Web Browser and go to the http://www.quest.com Web Site.
2) Place the mouse over the Download link in the home page and select NetVault Backup under Upgrades and Patches from the Drop-down sub-menu.
3) Select the software package that you need by choosing the correct Version, OS and select either the Bits options under the NetVault Backup link on the new page that will open. Then click on Add to Downloads in front of the Software that you need to download.
--- You may select any other software that you need by using these same steps.
4)- You must Sign in by using the Email Address and Password registered within our customer database.
5)- Click on Forgot Password if it fails to authenticate by the email address and password entered.
6)- It is advisable to place a checkmark by the box in front of |_| Select all in order to download all relevant documentation.
7)- Click on Download now to download the NetVault Software and all corresponding documentation.

Additional Information
1. You might need to download and install the Download manager into your machine.
2. You might need to send an email to supportadmin@quest.com with your information and your company’s information if your username and password does not work and you get an email informing you that your email address is not registered with our system.
