When double clicking on the PostgreSql plugin in backup window. An error message shows up with "Failed to get database list" or similar. The PostgreSql plugin setup and user's password is verfied to be correct using psql command. NetVault is installed as root user and root user is not a PostgreSql user.
This can be worked around by adding the root user as a PostgreSql user and configuring PostgreSql APM to use root user to authenticate.
