Description:
This is a very general error, complaining that the channel between the drive and the client has been lost. Often this is just a consequence of an earlier error in the logs, and not the real problem.

If there are any errors within a few seconds prior to the channel error, the first error is most likely to be the most helpful in troubleshooting the problem.
