When replicating a specific VM getting error message :
Job plzntpvdoccorp1 Job (ID: acd73b462a9247f29d12962028e872be) encountered a problem during replication from esx1.company.com to esx2.company.com. The exact error message was:
A specified parameter was not correct.
First in your VI Client select your ESX host and check under configuration tab -> Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown and make sure this is disabled.
If this is not disabled performing the next steps may cause your VMs to reboot, it is very important this is disabled.
Once you've confirmed this is disabled you can restart the mgmt-vmware and vmware-webAccess services via an SSH connection to the offending host(s).
Once logged in (or su -) to root, run "service vmware-webAccess restart" and "service mgmt-vmware restart".
You will see this server and it's VMs disconnect from VC for a minute and then return.
