For new installations of licensed software or migrating software to new hardware, machine-tied license keys will no longer work.
Quest Technical Support unfortunately has no ability issue license keys when Machine ID's change for machine-tied licenses.
For assistance with that, you will need to either e-mail license@quest.com or go to the online Quest Licensing site, found at:
https://support.quest.com/licensing-assistance
In order to obtain new machine-tied licenses, the following information is required:
--> For stand-alone APM plugin licenses, the Machine ID's of the individual Exchange Client machines
--> For Cluster-aware plugin licenses, the Machine ID of your NetVault Backup *Server* itself
