Description: Job is running, and "Waiting for Media".
Right Click on the job, and select "Diagnose Job".
Diagnose Job, list all the media, with message, "User Does Not Have Access".
Step 1: From the main NetVault window click on "Administration".
Step 2: Click on "Access Control".
Step 3: Select the user you are logging into Netvault, or user that created the job.
Step 4: Double click or Right Click, and select "User Properties".
Step 5: Select the "Group Memberships" tab.
Step 6: In the lower, 'Media Groups' section, add all "Media Group" rights.
Step 7: Select 'Save'.
The job should now have rights to use the media.
