Backup Error: "User root could not be authenticated"
Description

The backups fails with "user root could not be authenticated".
Cause

After a root password change and re-adding the host to the VC. A backup group failed with user root could not be authenticated only on 1 ESX 4.1 host
Resolution

Restarting the the 3 vRanger service and refreshing the inventory the backup job ran.
