How to enable the report a bug option. (video) -
Description
Within vRanger you can enable an option that will allow vRanger to collect data and generate a diagnostic file. This file can then be sent to support to report a bug.

Resolution
To enable the Report a Bug option you will need to edit a configuration file.
The configuration file is located in \Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\vRanger\Client\Vizioncore.vRanger.Client.Shell.exe.config
In vRanger 7.x versions, configuration file is located in C:\Program Files\Dell\vRanger\Vizioncore.vRanger.Client.Shell.exe.config
Within the configuration file you will change the following values from FALSE to True.<add key="Debug" value=“FALSE" />
Save your changes and reopen the vRanger GUI. When you re-open the vRanger interface you will now have the option to report a bug under the help pull down menu.
