Description
When replication job runs it failes with "The operation timed out" error and you see

and Virtual Center shows actuall error of
Creating a quiesced snapshot failed because the created snapshot operation exceeded the time limit for holdingoff I/O in the frozen virtual machine.

Resolution
Things to try:
- restart VMware Tools service on affected VM
