Duplicate or Data Copy jobs sit in "Waiting for Media" (4045235)

Symptoms:

After an upgrade to 8.0 update 2 or higher, duplicate or Data Copy jobs sit "waiting for media"

For a Duplicate job:
1) abort the job
2) edit the job and navigate to the advanced tab
3) in duplicate section select "Allow streams to share media"
4) re-submit the job

For a Data Copy Job:
1) Abort the job
2) edit the job and in the backup options ensure that "Duplicate a backup" is selected
3) Select "Allow streams to share media"
4) re-submit the job

Further Information:

This problem only occurs with "multi stream" backups. It is important to note that the default behaviour for a Data Copy job has changed since previous releases, but not for a duplicate job.
