Step 1.: Enable libverbose trace on the netvault thin client plugin on the netvault machine (see relevant solution)
Step 2: Enable debug mode for the netvault.nlm on the Netware server by typing on the Netware console command prompt:
1.'UNLOAD NETVAULT' - Unloads the netvault nlm
2.‘LOAD NETVAULT DEBUG’ - Produces a debug file called ‘netvault.log’ in the sys:netvault directory.
Once you have run your test job, you need to disable debug with by typing the followinf at the Netware console command prompt:
1.'UNLOAD NETVAULT' - Unloads the netvault.nlm
2.‘LOAD NETVAULT’ - Does not generate any debug information.
Please then send us the netvault.log file along with the corresponding trace of the Thin Client Plugin on the NetVault server.
