Description:
NetVault Device Management shows media online but Media Management does not.
Symptoms:
Unable to browse savesets in the restore window.
Need to perform a scan* of the media from Device Management in order to bring the media content back into the NetVault Database.
*May require multiple scans to retrieve all Saveset data.
* Always write protect media to prevent accidental overwrites
