Description:
"Data Channel Requested" and "Data Channel Connected" messages are logged every 60 seconds during backup and restore operations.

Cause:
Enabling NetVault's Statistics Manager process causes the "Data Channel Requested" and "Data Channel Connected" messages to be logged every 60 seconds.
