Customer has installed additional 8 slot Netvault license for 16 slot Library and the additional 8 slots are not appearing.
Customer purchased additional 8 slot carousel for his Library. And also purchased an additional 8 slot Netvault license for the Library. After the installation of the key the additional 8 slots are not showing up under the Library in Netvault Device Manager.

Go into the Library Configuration Panel via the device UI and set the slot option to 'Enable'
