This article gives step by step instructions on how to setup a report notification for multiple recipients


Procedure:

A. Set up the report event:

1. From the Report menu, right click on the report you want to run and be notified on and select 'Edit/View Job'
2. Go to the 'options' tab
3. Enter the name of the event in 'Event to raise on report completion'
4. Save the configuration

B. Setup notification on user profile:

1. From the 'Adminstration' menu, select 'Access Control'
2. Add a new user if it doesn't already exist
2. Double click on this 'person1'
3. In 'User details' tab, enter 'user1@bakbone.com' in 'Email 1'
4. In 'Notification Profile' tab, double click folder 'Report Job'
5. Double click the newly created event
6. Tick the option 'E-mail'
7. Save the configuration

C. Setting up Global Notification

1. In the 'Notification' tab of the configurator, enter the Mail server's information as well as the Administrator's email address

Repeat steps in section B for additional users.
